Redbone is the second single released from the third studio album "Awaken, My Love!" of American recording artist Donald Glover, under the stage name "Childish Gambino". The single was Gambino's most successful single to date until This is America was released in 2018, it was also his first #1 on the Adult R&B charts. The song was featured in the opening credits of the thriller film Get Out and in the Netflix original show Dear White People. In 2018, the song was nominated for three Grammy Awards as it eventually won "Best Traditional R&B Performance".
